1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SnapEdge (“Service”) via web, SMS, or WhatsApp you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Responsible-Gaming Notice
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Sports wagering may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.
- If you or someone you know has a gambling problem call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
3. No Betting Advice
SnapEdge provides statistical analysis and AI-generated probabilities. It is not investment, betting, or financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans (Pro / Unlimited) renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD.
- You may cancel any time via your account dashboard or by emailingsupport@snapedge.xyz. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Messaging (SMS & WhatsApp)
By texting JOIN to +1 231-788-9675 you opt in to receive up to 3 automated marketing or informational messages per week. Message & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
- SnapEdge will not initiate messages to any user who has not opted in.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service. You may not use SnapEdge data to facilitate illicit wagering or fraud.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, models, and content remain the exclusive property of SnapEdge.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SNAPEDGE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPEDGE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
